2. Choose a Date and Time: If you require a consultation and need us to call out or to give a call back, just mention a date and time on the message which works best for you. Our window and gutter cleaning services are available weekdays and weekends so we’ll try to accommodate calling out/call backs as best we can.

3. Type of service: In the comments, just give a description of the service you require and how often. Example, it might be window cleaning every 4 weeks or every 6 weeks.

4. Confirmation: Once we receive your request and have scheduled your service we’ll send you a confirmation for your appointment.

5. Prepare for the Service: When scheduled and booked, on your cleaning day please ensure windows are accessible and any outdoor furniture or garden decorations are moved away from the cleaning area. If side or back access is required, please ensure to unlock any gates so we have access to all windows or gutters.
